Twin Spell is one of the Wizard Monkey's Arcane Path upgrades in Bloons Blitz. This upgrade causes the Wizard Monkey's main attack to fire in bursts with one additional bolt (two additional bolts with the Level 2 version) each time it shoots, with a 0.1-second delay between bolts.
