The Tack Bloon (called the Holly Bloon in Bloons Festive Fun) is a recurring type of Bloon in the Bloons series, Bloons Pop 3, the Flash version of Bloons Supermonkey 2, and Bloons Pop, that first appeared in the original Bloons. They are characterized by releasing a 360 degree burst of 8 tacks in every game they appear in.
Gameplay
- In the Bloons series, Tack Bloons release 8 tacks capable of popping any bloon except Frozen Bloons, vanishing upon popping a bloon. In the iOS version of Bloons and Bloons Festive Fun, these tacks can pop Frozen Bloons as well.
- In Bloons Pop 3, Tack Bloons pop all bloons that are one bloon away from it.
- In the Flash version of Bloons Super Monkey 2, Tack Bloons release 8 tacks that damages bloons that come in contact. They do not appear in the mobile Version, but they have a sprite in the game files.
- In Bloons Pop!, Tack Bloons are a mini powerup that can spawn on an existing bloon when the player has a level 1 or greater On Fire during a normal level. When popped, it releases 8 tacks that damages bloons on contact.
