The editor who added this notice elaborates: Can Warrior PB Speedcap on her ability?

Warrior Bubblegum is a support character that is unique in that she is primarily used for cheaper and extra copies of all allies through Born to Rule, thus not necessitating a proper build before she is useful. If the player does have plenty of spare trinket slots, she can either be utilized as an eco character, instakilling non-BAD bloons with 4D sword, or an ability-reliant DPS.

As eco, like other melee eco, Thief King's Dagger is the most important trinket since it will generate income simply from attacking. It is highly recommended that pierce and damage buffs are minimized in favor of Attack Speed so that Warrior PB can generate as much cash as possible by attacking more. Afterwards, other income trinkets, such as Banana Replicator King of Ooo's Scepter can be pursued for boosting the potency of this build, and the remaining trinkets can be attack speed, camo detection, lead popping, or even CryoJet for letting them solo defend for longer. Overall while she is not as powerful as C4 Charlie (BATTD) for eco, she also has more use out of a character slot once extra income is no longer necessary than C4.

Both 4D sword and building around her ability use fairly similar builds, although her ability only unlocks when she is level 7. Both builds rely on stacking as much attack speed as possible, with Baker's Shard, Rock Shirt, Gemma the Gemstone serving as the most important speed trinkets. Her ability, Gumball Guardian, can deal multiple thousands of DPS when built properly, but the main downside, like Meteor Storm, is the immense amount of screen shake that can make performing other actions difficult. On the other hand, 4D sword is used for deleting non-BAD Bloons so that other towers can instead focus on BADs in Martian Games, where Warrior PB is placed at the back so she can clean up leaking bloons. A build that only focuses on 4d can find use out of Wizard Nunchuks for stalling bloons so she can have more time for deleting child bloons from BADs.
