The MOAB Mine is a Power in Bloons TD 6. It is a placeable projectile that deals damage to MOAB-Class Bloons on contact. It deals 5000 damage (6250 with 
Mauling MOAB Mines) to regular MOAB-Class Bloons, but Boss Bloons take only 500 damage (625 with Mauling MOAB Mines) and Elite Boss Bloons take 1,250 (1325 with Mauling MOAB Mines). It can hit MOAB-Class Bloons up to 10 times before it expires, and it can re-hit a MOAB-Class Bloon it has already hit after a 1-second delay. It can detect and affect non-visible DDTs.
The MOAB Mine appears to create an explosion on each hit, but this is purely visual; it only deals damage to the Bloon it makes contact with. This Power is placeable during the break between rounds.

MOAB Mine can eliminate the need to deal with early MOABs, leaving only Ceramics. Against BFBs and ZOMGs, MOAB Mine can quickly break them down into clumps of blimps and/or Ceramics, and does decent single BAD damage, but will wear out quickly and is not suitable for multiple blimps. It's not very effective against Bosses, but still more damage per Monkey Money than Super Monkey Storm.
Most of the time, placing it at the start is preferred. However, if wanting to conserve MOAB Mine pierce, place it ahead of the track but not too far that Bloons will evade defenses. The following table shows the capability for MOAB Mine to prevent MOAB layers across certain MOAB-only rounds.
