Bloonarius, titled The Inflator, is a recurring Boss Bloon who debuted in the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City. It usually possesses the most health of all Boss Bloons and has the ability to spawn waves of Bloons, especially as it takes more damage.

Bloonarius is the first returning Boss Bloon to appear Bloons TD 6. It scatters Bloons as it takes damage, and spawns more difficult waves of Bloons when reaching a skull on its health bar.
