The editor who added this notice elaborates: In the Flash version of Bloons TD Battles, sent MOAB-Class Bloons have half as much health until round 31. Does this also happen in the mobile version?
Bloon sends are a game mechanic in Bloons TD Battles and Bloons TD Battles 2 that allow players to spend cash to send additional groups of Bloons to their opponents. Bloon sends are the main way of attacking the opponent and attempting to reduce their lives to zero. Additionally, most types of Bloon sends modify the sender's income, making them the main way of increasing income. Bloon sends come in different types with different properties, such as the type of Bloon sent, the amount, and the spacing between Bloons. More types of Bloon sends are unlocked on later rounds, and they can be granted Bloon Mods for an additional cost.

The editor who added this notice elaborates: elaborate more on what each property of Bloon sends do and describe how the queue system works (+ limits to how many bloons can be queued, which is different between Flash and mobile Battles 1)
A Bloon send is a package of Bloon enemies that are sent to the opponent, one Bloon at a time. The number of Bloons are marked by a number. Sending a Bloon send will modify eco to increase or decrease. Once sent, Bloon sends are deployed one at a time in order of earliness. Only a certain number of Bloon sends are allowed to be in queue at a time. In Bloons TD Battles, it's 6 in the Flash version and 5 in the mobile version. In Bloons TD Battles 2, it's 6.
In Bloons TD Battles, each Bloon send unlocks on certain rounds, often unlocking multiple at a time. The top/left side of the Bloon sends menu is the "grouped" rushes, with many weaker Bloon types sent quickly, whereas the bottom/right side is for "spaced" rushes, for fewer high-layered rushes. Once unlocked, a type of Bloon send unlocks permanently. Bloon modifiers change the cost of all rushes that aren't MOAB-class; these modifiers are multiplicative, can be discounted with certain Powers in the mobile version, and they cannot be unlocked on an earlier round even with COBRA's Offensive Push.
In Bloons TD Battles 2, instead of keeping all Bloon sends unlocked throughout the game, some weaker Bloon sends are replaced with stronger versions on later rounds. The player only has access to up to 10 Bloon sends at a time, excluding Bloon Mods (which are unlocked for the rest of the match). There are three types of Bloon sends: Spaced, Grouped, and Tight. The number of Bloons on the icon indicate the type of send. (1 Bloon = spaced send, 2 Bloons = grouped send, 3 Bloons = tight send.) Spaced sends are the slowest, but stronger bloons can be sent out. Grouped sends are faster and increase/decrease eco quickly. Tight sends send Bloons extremely quickly and are used for quick rushes later in the game.
