For only 1 Gold and a single card, with 2 charges it grants up to two Bomb Shooters per card. This card adds more opportunity to use a Bomb Shooter for burst damage or for Armor Piercing, though turns are needed to redeem the Bomb Shooters.
With both Bomb Shooters and Bomb Bloons, the player can have up to 9 Bomb Shooters in a deck.
The Bloon itself is not very impactful, but its cheap cost and 1 delay makes it decent for feeding Bolstered Bloon while being its own pressure.
Naturally, it requires at least 2 turns to get the Bomb Shooters into your hand. For this reason, it’s better to use Bomb Bloons early, before you urgently need to use them for defense.
Bomb Bloon offers low-cost Monkeys, making them great synergies with Clever Bloons (especially Clever Yellow and Clever Green), which also have 2 charges.
The Bomb Shooters, combined with the capability to send a Bomb Bloon on turn 1 means that a Bomb Bloon should be prioritized in the starting hand of Dreadbloon battles, while still offering excellent support later on with Armor Piercing and anti-Rock defense, especially with Striker Jones' Ammo Stores.
The Bomb Shooter is still able to one-shot Rock Bloons with one Fearful Aura active, unless further ATK debuffs are applied.
