Booster Bloon is a Basic Blooncard in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 3.0. It allows the player to select another Bloon on their side to increase its delay by 1 and health by 100. If it is the only Bloon on the player's side, the On Play effect does not trigger, as it cannot target itself (despite what its description implies).
Booster Bloon is sort of the Bloon variant of Improved Fortification. Compared to Improved Fortification, it has two charges, costs 2 Gold instead of 3, and generates Bloontonium, but it only adds 100 health instead of 150 (though it has 50 health of its own) and cannot be used on a full Bloon track.
Like Improved Fortification, it works best on Double Bloons. However, to avoid the opponent's Return to Sender gaining full value, avoid boosting the same bloon twice.
The bloon itself is not much of a threat, but should not be ignored against aggro players, especially Zee Jay. The extra +100 health on another Bloon combined with another potential 50 Health from that Booster Bloon adds a lot of Health for only 2 Gold, despite increasing delay. It's still quite slow, however, though it can distract random attacks such as Mortars and Storm Of Arrows.
Like Improved Fortification, Booster Bloon can be used to boost friendly Bloons that don't care about delay, such as Strengthenator.
Computer opponents always target the first Bloon to boost with Booster Bloon, unlike human opponents, who instead choose a Bloon based on what Bloons need the extra Health and typically avoid buffing Bloons that will attack on the current turn (unless attempting to bypass things like Hero Protection).
