Military Conscription is a Military Monkey Knowledge upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It reduces the base cost of the first Military tower the player places in a game by 33%. Like other discounts, this stacks additively (for example, combining this with 
Advanced Logistics reduces costs by 38%).
Unlocking this Monkey Knowledge for the first time also gives all Military towers 1,000 Tower XP, similar to 
Elite Military Training. This is not mentioned in the in-game description.
