Recurring 'Rangs is a Primary Monkey Knowledge upgrade in Bloons TD 6. It was added in version 22.0 to replace 
Ambidextrous 'Rangs, which became part of the tower by default in the same update.
When active, a Boomerang Monkey's thrown boomerang makes a second loop before returning to the thrower, provided it does not expire prematurely (by consuming all pierce, hitting an immune Bloon, etc) beforehand. It is still treated as the same projectile from the first loop, meaning it retains the same pierce and cannot re-hit the same targets multiple times (Kylie Boomerang and above can still rehit due to their innate property). It does not affect Glaive Ricochet or above, the Glaive Dominus, or the special boomerangs of MOAB Press or MOAB Domination.
Recurring 'Rangs is also available in Rogue Legends as an item in the Rogue XP Shop, costing 1,500 Rogue XP to unlock.
Strategy
editRecurring 'Rangs is notable for making early-game Boomerang Monkey a very strong early-game carry, since it adds more opportunity to use up all its pierce. Attack speed and damage via the second and third paths, respectively, are the preferred crosspaths to take advantage of this during most rounds.
