ZOMG is a Large Blooncard in Bloons Card Storm. It has no additional effect. ZOMGs can naturally spawn from the Storm, appearing three times: a single ZOMG spawns on Rounds 16 and 18 for Player 2, and for Player 1 on Rounds 17 and 19, and in twos on Round 25 (Player 2) and Round 26 (Player 1).
The card artwork depicts a Monkey Buccaneer riding a wave amid a stormy sea. The dark sky has clouds for a ceiling, one of them releasing lightning and revealing a ZOMG looming above menacingly. The Buccaneer yells and points to it in horror.
Unlike BFBs and MOABs, ZOMG only has one charge and 1 extra delay for +300 Health compared to a BFB, but more expensive (2 and 1 more Gold, respectively). A lone ZOMG is a significant threat without high single-target damage or a Large Bloon instakill, especially if played early.
ZOMG has the third highest Health of any non-scaling Bloon, but is slow. It competes with the same-costing Soulstealer Bloon, being 1 delay slower but packing much more Health and not having to need Bloons on the field to gain health.
Unlike cards such as Soulstealer Bloon or Golden Blimp, ZOMG immediately has a huge health pool with no other requirements needing to be met. This makes ZOMG extremely solid at forcing opponents to defend early, as its fairly cheap price combined with its very high health makes it great to play early.
ZOMG can help Tempo decks get back on their feet if their previous push was hit by cards like Bloon Master Alchemist or Bloonsday Device, as its fairly low price for its high stats lets you play more Bloons after it than other cards like Lead Zeppelin or Golden Blimp.
This is a significant cost reduction, but ZOMG has been outclassed by a lot of things recently, mainly Lead Zeppelin, Soulstealer Bloon, Golden Blimp, BFB. Those kind of Bloons always just kind of outclass ZOMG, especially because it was a 1-charge pretty expensive Bloon, and ZOMG because of that has had its cost reduced from 10 to 8. Although a second charge maybe could've been considered with a health nerf, this would've affected the Storm pretty significantly, and more importantly, ZOMG at an 8-cost is a much more unique Bloon. [...] Sure, it's still like 5 delay, right? But with this lower cost and huge statline, it means that ZOMG is one of the most efficient options in the game for getting stats on the board as soon as you can. 8 cost makes it usually have more health than something like Soulstealer and significantly more health than something like BFB or Golden Blimp, while making it a little cheaper to use. ZOMG overall is a pretty good card now and it's pretty strong in tempo. — u/No-Appearance1780's commentary, 26:27–27:22 (with most disfluencies removed)
The cost reduction to ZOMG in Version 6.4 was aimed to give it better potential as an early threat, when compared to alternatives such as Soulstealer Bloon, Lead Zeppelin, BFB, and Golden Blimp, which all had always been more versatile for more than just rushing.[1] The second charge was considered with a nerf to Health, but that design would nerf the Storm, and the approved design of the card for Version 6.4 would give it a new role - adding massive stats as soon as possible.[1]
