The Basketball is a Super Rare trinket in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It gives a small pierce buff to the equipped character, and an additional +5 pierce if that character has another character who can equip the basketball within their range (this includes using both Marcelines). If both of them equip the basketball, then both of them also get range and attack speed boosts.
Tips
edit- If a player uses Marceline and Ice King together, the Basketball can benefit both of them better than other competing trinkets like Dagger of Chilled Glass and Rence Hilt. Otherwise, the buffs provided by the Basketball, even with maximum stats, are done better by other trinkets of a higher rarity.
- It's still worth considering if one owns two Basketballs and doesn't have Super Rare/Epic trinkets that outclass it.
- Hunter Marceline doesn't benefit from range buffs and often doesn't need more pierce, making it almost redundant for her to equip it.
