Sabotage Supply Lines is the Ninja Monkey's path 2 tier 4 upgrade in Bloons TD Battles. In the multiplatform version, it increases the pierce of flash bombs to 150 and stun duration to 1.8 seconds, and unlocks an Activated Ability that causes all Bloons to move 40% slower for 15 seconds, which persists through layers. In the Flash version, it does not affect flash bombs, the ability causes all Bloons spawned up 15 seconds before or after its activation (including as children of other Bloons) to move 50% slower, and it lasts until the Bloon's outer layer is popped (unless the ability is still active). The ability has a 60-second cooldown.
