Icy Walls is the first level of day 15 and the 43rd level overall in Bloons Festive Fun.
Solution
editPop the nearest normal bloons with a high powered throw that pops the nearby normal bloons in the first three columns before popping an Ice Bloon on the fourth column. Afterwards, pop the lowest and closest Ice Bloons with a fully powered throw, then aim a fully powered throw at the nearest ice bloon above where the nearby normal bloons formerly were, in a way where the arrow is on the side of the top of the ice bloon. This throw should pop many Ice Bloons by going up, before bouncing on a frozen bloon and eventually popping many of the highest Ice Bloons around all columns.
