darts is the 9th level in Bloons Player Pack 3.
Solution
[edit | edit source]This level can be completed by shooting the first shot through the Spikey Ball Bloons in the center arrow into any of the Special Bloons in the third arrow. The second shot can be used to pop any of the Tack Bloons.
