IceBounce is the 4th level in Bloons Player Pack 3.
Solution
[edit | edit source]Bounce the first shot off of the Ice Bloons and into the various special Bloons. Then, bounce the second shot off of the remaining frozen Bloon and into the Bomb Bloon.
