Phase Scanner is a constant 1-star powerup in the mobile version of Bloons Supermonkey 2. It causes all Phasing Bloons that go within 200 units of Super Monkey to stop phasing and remain fully tangible at all times. At higher ranks, it also causes Phasing Bloons to have a chance to permanently lose their phasing modifier on each frame while in range.
