Sabotage Supply Lines is one of Sai's upgrades in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It unlocks an Activated Ability that slows all Bloons except BADs by 75% for 12 seconds. It has a 45-second cooldown.
Activating this ability triggers a visual effect that lasts for 6.9 seconds plus 1 second per star level. The ability is not affected by star level, however.
