Frag Bombs is one of C4 Charlie's upgrades in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It lets C4 Charlie's bombs create 6 frags upon exploding that do not benefit from damage buffs (except Googoomamameter), but can still benefit from damage against specific bloons, such as MOAB damage.
