Sidewinder Strike is one of Commander Cassie's upgrades in Bloons Adventure Time TD. It adds an activated ability that adds a missile attack on all active planes on Commander Cassie, including her level 10 Star level planes and the R/C Plane if it is equipped on her. This missile attack has a cooldown of 0.2 seconds, and on contact explodes, dealing 3 Explosion damage, has 6 pierce, and cannot benefit from any buff outside of the Hypersonic Sidewinder glitch.

This glitch requires equipping the Plasma Goggles to Commander Cassie and another character. While Commander Cassie has the Sidewinder Strike and Plasma Goggles abilities active, placing the second character within her range causes the planes to shoot rockets 60 times per second on all future uses of the ability.

Notes
[edit | edit source]- Sidewinder Strike has code that lets its rockets gain +1 damage from Bloontonium Tips. This is because Triple Barrels formerly did not lock the player out of Bloontonium Tips.
