The '''Collection Event''' is a recurring event in ''[[Bloons TD 6]]''.  

There are seven types of Collection Events, each with a different type of Collection Reward. Their differences are purely aesthetic. Each variant is associated with a specific holiday or time period and is run once per year around that time, usually for two weeks, though the exact start time and end time varies. The exception is the Totem Event, which isn't associated with any particular date and is usually run for only one week, but is run multiple times per year.

The Chinese New Year variant is exclusive to ''[[Qìqiú Tǎ Fáng 6]]''.

'''Collection Rewards''' are the items earned by participating in Collection Events. They are primarily obtained by completing regular games and participating in other events running concurrently (i.e. [[Race Event]]s and [[Odyssey (BTD6)|Odyssey]]s). The number of Collection Rewards earned from completing games depends on the [[map difficulty]] and game mode.

During the event, one map per difficulty is chosen at random to give out much more Collection Rewards than normal, indicated by a "BONUS" icon on the map's thumbnail. The bonus moves to a different map of the same map difficulty every 8 hours and after a game is completed on it.

'''Collection Chests''' are the main reward for participating in the Collection Event. Collection Chests are earned by collecting Collection Rewards and increase in quality each time the player reaches certain Collection Reward milestones. Each chest contains a random set of [[Insta Monkey]]s. The amount of Insta Monkeys and the tiers of [[upgrade]]s they have is random and has different weighting for each type of chest.
