Although somewhat expensive, Glue Hose's slowdown is extremely consistent thanks to its rapid attack speed, decent pierce and large range. It is also cheaper than an [[Arctic Wind (BMC)|Arctic Wind]] outside of Ice-favored maps. Glue Hose stands out in combination with [[Ice Shards (BMC)|Ice Shards]] to clump Bloons into latter's freezing range, and is useful on [[Jungle Terrain]] where it is favored and ice is restricted.
