Hastening Bloon is an Advanced Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm. When played, it reduces the delay of a random other Bloon on the player's side by 1, to a minimum of 0. The affected Bloon moves towards the queue in order of recentness (i.e. oldest go first). It cannot target Bloons that are already at 0 delay, cannot target Immobile Bloons, and if there are no Bloons it can target, the effect doesn't play.
