Creates an icon of Tokens from the mobile version of Bloons TD 5 that links to "Token (BTD5)". Can also display a formatted number.

Template parameters
This template prefers inline formatting of parameters.
Parameter		Description	Type	Status
Amount	`1`	If specified, displays a number after the icon. If greater than 1000, comma separation is added automatically by the template. Example 100	Number	suggested
Name	`name`	If set to anything, adds a text link to "Token (BTD5)" after the icon and (if an amount is specified) amount. Example y	Boolean	optional
