For the consumable abilities in other games, see Power.

Power is a resource in Bloons Monkey City. It limits the number of Buildings a city can have at once, with most buildings consuming a certain amount of power. Windmills and Watermills increase the city's power production instead of consuming it. Demolishing a building frees up the power it was consuming or generating. The player can only begin constructing a building if their city has enough power available, though it is possible for the city to consume more power than it produces by demolishing Windmills and/or Watermills. Decorations and Premium Buildings do not consume power.

In the multiplatform version of Bloons Monkey City, it takes a total of 7,263 power to build everything, and there is no hard limit to the city's power output, as the player can build unlimited Windmills and Watermills starting at City Level 35. In the Flash version, it takes a total of 6,335 power to build everything, and the city's maximum power output is 6,555 if it has the maximum number of fully upgraded Windmills and Watermills.
