The objective is to pop the Party Bloon at least ten times, though the player can pop it more times to set a high score. The player has unlimited [[life|lives]]. The Party Bloon is a [[BAD (BTD6)|BAD]] with a [[mutation]] that makes it much slower and gives it the ability to respawn when popped with extra health. Specifically, it gains 2% HP, multiplicative, every time its HP reaches zero, with no limit to its health (starting from 20,000). The Party Bloon spawns at the left entrance of [[Quad]], travels to the right entrance, makes a U-turn, and goes back to where it started before escaping. The game starts with [[Quincy (BTD6)|Quincy]], [[Striker Jones (BTD6)|Striker Jones]], [[Obyn Greenfoot (BTD6)|Obyn Greenfoot]], and three 2-0-0 [[Banana Farm (BTD6)|Banana Farm]]s, and the left and right [[removable]]s are automatically removed. The Party Bloon begins appearing on round 38.
