Frosty is the third level of day 5 and the 15th level overall in Bloons Festive Fun.
Solution
Aim a fully powered dart at the four spikey ball bloons without popping any ice bloons beforehand, then throw a dart that pops the topmost ice bloons, then use the remaining darts for cleaning up remaining bloons in the back.
