It can only hit one Bloon at a time, even with pierce buffs, and it cannot pop Lead Bloons, frozen Bloons, Camo Bloons, or Ghost Bloons.

Monkey Stim causes the COBRA to halve the cooldowns of all powers and Activated Abilities. This does not stack with multiple COBRAs. If a power or ability is still on cooldown when the COBRA is sold, its remaining cooldown time is doubled, effectively returning the cooldown to what it would have been without Monkey Stim in play.
