*If the opponent lacks Sticky Bomb or any Bloon removal card, a buffed Rad Bloon is a significant threat for the opponent, especially in the early-game. Not only it can have massive HP, the extra Rad Token per round will fuel even more Rad Bloons if not dealt with fast enough.

*[[Return to Sender]] removes any HP gains obtained via Zee Jay's major ability. If the opponent removes the Rad Bloon, re-playing the card is still worth the Gold cost when planning ahead for next turns.
