Qwertyxp2000 (talk | contribs) i saw an ai obyn use slowing bloon where there's no bloons on screen, but why do that? he cannot slow any bloon if there's only a slowing bloon on screen and no other bloons in play... I wonder if this always was the case that no target self, but I must've assumed too much didn't I? |

The Slowing Bloon is an Advanced Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 2.0. When played, a selection menu prompts the player to reduce the selected other Bloon's delay by 1. It can slow bloons from either side, but not itself. If no Bloons are on screen other than itself, this effect does not occur.
