The Bolstered Bloon is an Advanced Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm. It starts with 50 Shield when it is played and it gains 25 Health each time the player plays a Bloon. Some actions that spawn Bloons on the player's side, like the Storm and Nested Bloons, do not trigger this effect.
Tips

- Bolstered Bloon is a significant threat when combined with many bloons. Spamming multiple cheap bloons is an easy way to accumulate extra health for the Bolstered Bloon.
- It is best to wait to have other bloons in your hand when playing Bolstered Bloon to ensure that it isn't instantly popped after it is played.
- Bolstered Bloon is best used in aggro decks, many of which include lots of cards with cheap, spammable bloons. Generally, the prime moment to start Bolstered Bloon is Round 3 (Round 2 on High Finance) and follow up with as many cheap-costing bloons as possible.
- Having at least two other bloons will ensure that double Storm Of Arrows won't guarantee hitting the Bolstered Bloon twice.
- It is very difficult to counter a Bolstered Bloon in the early-game, especially if already boosted at least twice (150 effective HP). Other than doing a Bolstered Bloon rush yourself, Hero Protection or Return to Sender can counteract the damage from a highly boosted Bolstered Bloon.
- Bolstered Bloon starts to fall off later in the game, where many players have better access to expensive board clears such as Thunder Druid and burst damage such as Super Monkey.
- Versus an aggro mirror, Bolstered Bloon is based largely on luck, depending largely on beginning with Reds and Bolstered. However, aggro Bolstered Bloon is effective versus control decks, who would usually be low on Gold with only a few specific counters to the Bolstered while still vulnerable to swarms.
- Whoever draws Bolstered first in an aggro mirror gets a major advantage. In the edge case where both players have the perfect Bolstered card combo, Player 2 will always be able to begin Bolstered first, assuming no Cash Drops are involved.
- There are no free Bloons that have 1 or less delay, and only Bomb Bloon, Rang Bloon, and Nested Blue are 1 Gold Bloons with 1 delay. Rather, most 1 delay high pressure Bloons generally are 2 Gold or higher (Green Bloons and Yellow Bloons, and their variants, and Double Bloons).
