Offense Best Defense is a Basic Power card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 5.0. It reduces a target Monkey's Attack Power by 20, or removes it if it's a Defender. It can only be added to Amelia the Amazing decks.
Tips
This section was last updated for: version 5.0
- Amelia players can punish opponents for relying too much on Defenders, and still not a dead draw if the opponent lacks Defenders. If no enemy Defenders are present, use this card on multi-Ammo Monkeys such as Frag Bomb Shooter or Glaive Ricochet.
- Lowering Attack Power of enemy Monkeys also opens the opportunity to use Bed Time on them. For instance, Mine Supervisor (40).
- Like most removal cards, removing a Monkey will leave an empty space for Expert Negotiator for the player affected.
