The Bloons TD 4 Track Editor was a software published by Ninja Kiwi, released a month after the Flash version of Bloons TD 4. It allowed users to play community-created maps for free, though the option to actually create maps costed 3,600 MochiCoins (around $5 USD) for most of its life.
All the main features of the Flash version of Bloons TD 4 were available (including the Dartling Gun and Spike Factory towers introduced in Bloons TD 4 Expansion in an update), and all tower upgrades were unlocked.
The ability to create tracks was made free in 2012 with the discontinuation of MochiCoins, though the software was ultimately discontinued with the dissolution of Mochi Media in 2014, which hosted its servers.
Features
The map editor was somewhat limited in its capabilities, having four tile/track sets (with water tiles) that could be connected together and the ability to set Bloon density from low to high. The track editor let the user set the track and water areas across a 12x12 square grid.
