Economy Drain is an Advanced Power card in Bloons Card Storm introduced in version 6.0. It reduces both players' economy by 3.
Tips

- For only 2 Gold, Economy Drain chokes the base eco of both players. Farm-based loadouts (including tempo Farm loadouts) are less affected by Economy Drain. Most decks rely on base eco to gain Gold, and this card is especially favorable in aggro.
- Conveniently, a normal Banana Farm earns 2 Gold at the start of a turn; this allows an Economy Drain can be bought the following turn.
Development
This card originally reduced economy by 5, but it was lowered to 3 before the update released due to feedback from community playtesters.[1] The original amount was displayed in the update video.[2]
