There's a possibility that the temp ammo bug got fixed in a later version. I did report this bug on r/bloonscardstorm before, so possibly NK saw this bug and possibly begun fixing it. Also, did we try stuff like Extra Shot Bloon when Elim is currently at no normal ammo? Same with bbrew if it has no remaining normal ammo.
