This power, when activated, last only for 2 rounds and makes all bloons in range of a character (including BADs) to move slower. It's similar to [[Jake|Jake's]] [[Butt Push|butt push]] effect, making all bloons in range of a troop to move 50% slower (this effect can be stacked with the butt push effect).
The '''Twinkling Eye Potion''' is a Common [[power]] in ''[[Bloons Adventure Time TD]]''. It slows all [[Bloon]]s (including [[BAD (BATTD)|BAD]]s) while are within [[range]] of any [[tower]] for the next two rounds. It slows Bloons by 30% plus 1% per 10 player [[level|ranks]] (for a maximum of 40% at rank 100). It has a 3-minute cooldown.


For some reason, this power cannot be used if [[The Most Perfect Sandwich That Has Ever Existed|"The Most Perfect Sandwich That Has Ever Existed"]] is active. If this happens, the twinkling eye potion will get locked as activated when it's not. It happens the same to the most perfect sandwich power if it's activated after the potion.
Due to a bug, activating this power after activating [[The Most Perfect Sandwich That Has Ever Existed]] causes it to become stuck in a permanently active state, but the effect still expires after two rounds, making it impossible to use again for the rest of the game. This also happens to The Most Perfect Sandwich That Has Ever Existed if the player activates this power first.
