Permafrost is the Ice Monkey's path 2 tier 1 upgrade in Bloons Monkey City. It slows all affected Bloons by 50%, which can be improved with Monkey Knowledge.

Strategy

Permafrost is beneficial in strategies involving clumping Bloons. It can be used when clumping before Bloons enter the defenses or combined with Snap Freeze for damage, but note the lack of effect on Whites and Zebras.
