It permanently increases the player's starting cash by $200, though on the Flash version of Bloons Monkey City it has no effect in MOAB Graveyard or Consecrated Ground. It stacks with the Magic Coin Purse, giving a total of $250 extra starting cash.

At higher city levels, which give more starting cash, it's much easier to start snowballing income via Banana Farms and early Bloon Traps.
