Icy Cookie is the first level of Frosty Fun in the Flash version of Bloons 2. This level introduces Ice Bloons.
Solution
[edit | edit source]The player should continually aim to pop the layered bloons, while avoiding the Ice Bloons. Optionally, they can also feel free to pop the Ice Bloons in the middle with the last dart, under the condition that they are at most several bloons away from reaching the target.
