There Can Be Only One is a Special Mission in Bloons TD 5. It requires the player to complete Bloon Circles on Hard difficulty, but only one of each tower and Special Agent type can be placed at once. Road Spikes, Exploding Pineapples, and Super Monkey Storms can be used as normal however. In the mobile version, the track name is mistakenly referred to as "Bloons Circles".
