:The issue happens on pages that use cargo queries to generate galleries (on those pages, it's for listing the skins). I'm trying to find out why newer versions of mediawiki have that issue, but in the meantime, you can fix it by adding <code>subst:</code> before the template name (ex. replace <code><nowiki>{{BTD6 hero skin list by hero|Rosalia}}</nowiki></code> with <code><nowiki>{{subst:BTD6 hero skin list by hero|Rosalia}}</nowiki></code>).
