It increases the [[attack speed]] of all [[tower]]s on the player's side by 20%,{{fn|Reduces their attack cooldown and fire delay time by 16.6667%.}} allows them to target and hit [[Camo Bloon (Battles)|Camo Bloon]]s, and increases the [[damage]] they deal to Camo Bloons by 1 (including from [[damage over time]] effects) for 20 seconds. It also allows damage dealt by towers that can only pop one layer at a time (such as [[Temple Of The Monkey God (Battles)|Temple Of The Monkey God]]) to soak through multiple layers of Camo Bloons only. It does not apply to towers placed after its activation.
