*Before March 2025, I mirrored my iPad 2 footage onto my PC by using AirPlay. I used 5kPlayer but I highly recommend using a capture card instead. I have however not tried using Reflector, which may be a better AirPlay reliant software.

*Starting March 2025, I now use an EVGA XR1 Lite with an adapter that lets me connect it with my iPad 2. Footage is much smoother with this method, and less of a hassle now that I can record it with OBS. If wifi ever stops being readily available, it also means I can still record footage, and unlike AirPlay, this works natively on Linux.
