Bloon Mods are sometimes referred to generally as "Bloon properties", though this term is also used to describe properties that are inherent to specific Bloon types, such as the "Lead properties" that make all [[Lead Bloon]]s immune to sharp objects.

Bloon Mods[1] (short for Bloon Modifiers[2]), referred to as special properties in Bloons Adventure Time TD, are modifiers that can be applied to Bloons to grant them additional properties. Bloons can have multiple Bloon Mods to combine their effects. This mechanic first appeared in Bloons TD 5, though one of the Bloon Mods, the Camo Bloon, previously appeared as a regular Bloon in Bloons TD 4. This mechanic has appeared in every game in the Bloons TD series since, as well as Bloons Pop! and Bloons Supermonkey 2.

Bloon Mods are sometimes referred to generally as "Bloon properties", though this term is also used to describe properties that are inherent to specific Bloon types, such as the "Lead properties" that make all Lead Bloons immune to sharp objects.
