DDT is a Large Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm, introduced in version 6.0. Attacking Monkeys without Detect must target non-Camo Bloons before this Bloon, and its armor reduces damage taken by 20.
The artwork portrays a DDT speeding past a sparse crowd of other Bloons.
Tips
This section was last updated for: version 6.2
- DDTs can be a threat when combined with groups of other Large Bloons such as MOABs and BFBs. Not being able to manually target DDTs without Detect can force board clears if the other non-Camos are not popped.
- DDTs are very hard to kill, having a high amount of health, Camo, and Armor 20. Layering DDTs in with high-health Bloon pushes can be threatening if the opponent has exhausted a lot of non-Monkey control cards.
- MOAB Construction Facility only deals 30 damage to DDT due to its Armor, allowing it to hit very quickly with most of its health.
- DDT has a very high price, forcing you to make a lot of money to effectively play it. Notably, 12 Gold is the exact amount of money that is made with max eco and a Banana Farm together.
- DDT gives the most amount of Bloontonium that a Bloon can, giving a total of 24 Bloontonium per card due to its 2 charges.
- DDT is bad to draw early on in the game, as its very high cost and multiple charges can easily get it stuck in your hand.
Development
This card originally had 300 health, but it was increased to 320 before the update released due to feedback from community playtesters.[1] The original health amount was displayed in the update video.[2]
