This is list of content in Bloons TD 6 that exists in the game's data, but cannot be seen normally.
Monkey Academy
Main article: Monkey Academy (tower)
The Monkey Academy is an unused concept for a Support tower similar to the Monkey Village, but with each upgrade path specializing in buffing a single tower category (Military, Magic, and Heroes, respectively). Text for it, its upgrades, and some Monkey Knowledge for it have existed in the game files since launch, but were never used. It was cut due to it being too difficult to balance,[1] and some elements of it were repurposed for the Mermonkey.[2]
24 Seconds of Le Blons
There is an unused second part of the 5 Minutes of Frozen Over Quest named "24 Seconds of Le Blons".

These Monkey Knowledge upgrades have text and icons, but are not implemented. The unused Dartling Gunner Monkey Knowledge seems to predate the rework to its upgrades that happened before the tower eventually released.

Textures
Hero level icons
Two unused badges for Hero levels. There are seven badges in total: badges 3, 4, 6, and 7 are used by Heroes, and badge 1 is used by the Dungeon Statue.
Buff icons
Elite Defender buff icons
There are two unused icons that are meant to be used by the Elite Defender's buffs, but are not displayed. The first icon is supposed to display while its ability is active. The second icon is supposed to display a number from 0-100 below it to indicate the current status of its distance-based buff.
