Bolts apply an elemental effect to Bloons they hit.

Full description	Bloons hit by bolts are frozen in place for 2s, set on fire for 2s, or create a static burst causing all nearby Bloons to move in a random direction for 2s. The effect changes on each magical bolt.[default] Bloons hit by bolts are frozen in place for 3s, set on fire for 3s, or create a static burst causing all nearby Bloons to move in a random direction for 3s. Elemental Magic is one of the Wizard Monkey's Elemental Path upgrades in Bloons Blitz.
