Creates a block quotation.

Template parameters

This template prefers inline formatting of parameters.

Parameter		Description	Type	Status
Text	1	The text of the quote. If the text contains any equals signs, you need to substitute them with the magic word "{{=}}" to get the text to display correctly. Example I am Quincy, son of Quincy.	String	required
Source	2	The source of the quote. Example Quincy, son of Quincy	String	optional
Audio	audio	An audio file to accompany the quote. Example BTD6 SelectQuincy05.ogg	File	optional
