The Nested Yellow is a Basic Bloon card in Bloons Card Storm. It spawns a Nested Green if it is destroyed, and the bloon does not inherit the delay of the Nested Yellow.

  • Nested Yellows have 10 less health than normal Yellow Bloons but have only 1 charge and cost 1 more Gold. However, it stands out as a durable bloon with incredible overall HP and continuous threats of all its offspring.
    • At 290 overall HP, this is over twice as much as a normal Yellow.
    • This card has 4 total bloons per card, one more than Swarm Yellow Bloon's 3 bloons.
  • Nested Yellows are a major part of Nested aggro, especially combined with bloon swarms. During the early-game, the opponent may be pressured to keep draining their wholescreen damage cards while still needing enough damage to handle high-HP 1-delay bloons.
  • Because all of its offspring spawn bloons, Nested Yellows can be combined with Bolstered Bloon, feeding its HP while also being a threat of its own. However, when feeding Bolstered, give it other swarms first before adding a Nested Yellow, so it'll have enough HP to survive for subsequent rounds.
  • Nested Yellow as a starting Bloon is weak to Dart Monkey Twins, where two of them can chip away at its HP and all its offspring. Hence, Nested Yellows should be combined with lots of bloons instead.

  • Nerf Gold cost increased ― 3 → 4
  • Buff Bloontonium gain increased ― 3 → 4
  • Buff If the board is full, Bloons that summon other Bloons will now allow at least one offspring to summon if that parent disappears (bug fix)
  • Nerf Bloons summoned at the end of a turn no longer decrement their delay on the same turn (undocumented)
