Introduction is the 5th level in Bloons Player Pack 4.

Solution

Throw a dart that pops both the Ice Bloon and Helium Bloon, wait for the frozen Helium Bloon to rise until it hits the Solid Block, then throw a high-power dart at the frozen Helium Bloon.
